General motors: 2006 Pontiac GTO
Subject: On some vehicles, the ignition key cannot be turned to the Lock position, and/or it may require excessive effort to turn the key from Lock to On. The condition may be caused by excessive wear at the detent ramp at the base of the ignition lock barrel housing. The wear turns the ramp into a step that traps the locking pin in place. A new lock housing made of different material and with a different ramp profile is available. The bulletin includes illustrations and repair instructions but, oddly, no part numbers.
Bulletin 09-02-35-003

Mazda: 2004-08 RX-8
Subject: After disconnecting the battery, the rear power window will not work properly. Among the lost functions is one-touch-up jam protection. The technical service bulletin includes illustrations and instructions for reinitializing the window by installing the Short Pin to its original location in the relay panel.

General motors: 2005-09 Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Pontiac, Saab, Saturn and Hummer
Subject: SIR warning light illumination with any of a number of body codes (such as B0012) indicating an airbag module malfunction might be caused by a loose, missing or broken Connector Position Assurance (CPA) retainer on the airbag module itself. The retainer is the latch that holds the connector together. A new orange CPA retainer, 54590003, is available as part of the SIR Repair Kit (J-38125-SIR). The part is also available directly from Kent Moore under the same part number (package of 5).
Bulletin 08-09-41-002C

General Motors: 2005-07 Chevrolet Express, GMC Savana
Subject: Inoperative rear air conditioning may be caused by a leaking A/C suction line. The line might be contacting the positive battery cable, which rubs a hole in the line as well as wearing away the cable's insulation. The bulletin includes illustrations and instructions for repairing the battery cable and for replacing and rerouting the suction line.
Bulletin 09-01-39-001

Mazda: 2004-08 Mazda3; 2006-07 Mazda5; Mazdaspeed3 and Mazdaspeed6; 2003-08 Mazda6; and 2006-08 MX-5 and CX-7
Subject: MIL illumination with P0441 indicates incorrect EVAP purge flow and might be caused by a stuck purge solenoid valve. The bulletin indicates a new purge valve has been developed to correct this problem. It includes a long list of affected VINs and part numbers for each model but no diagnostic or repair instructions.
Bulletin 01-003/09

Mazda: 2004-09 RX-8
Subject: On some vehicles the coolant level warning light might illuminate even though the coolant level is correct. The bulletin indicates the sensor float may be deteriorated and absorb coolant, causing it to sink. The float was changed during production but it's part of the reservoir tank and cannot be replaced separately. The new reservoir tank, N3H1-15-350L, is now available. The bulletin includes illustrations but no repair instructions.
Bulletin 01-006/09

Toyota: 2003-06 4Runner
Subject: After disconnecting the battery, the rear power window will not work properly. Among the lost functions is one-touch-up jam protection. The bulletin includes illustrations and instructions for reinitializing the window by installing the Short Pin to its original location within the relay panel.
Bulletin PG021-02 Revised

Toyota: 2007-09 Yaris
Subject: Abnormal engine noise or vibration may be caused by a faulty left engine mount. The noise may be noticeable while accelerating from a stop or during shifting. A new mount is available to address the problem. The bulletin notes the repair may be covered under warranty, and it includes a list of affected VINs and part numbers. There is also an illustration but no installation instructions.
Bulletin T-SB-0068-09

Toyota: 2005-07 Sequoia, Tundra with 2WD
Subject: A clunk, thunk or pop noise when stopping, accelerating from a stop or turning at low speeds might be caused by a joint in the rear transmission mount. The noise may be difficult to pinpoint. The bulletin includes suggestions and illustrations for diagnosing the problem, as well as repair instructions and part numbers for each model.
Bulletin T-SB-0067-09

VOlvo: All models, all years
Subject: Coolant contamination in the automatic transmission fluid will cause drivability problems "long before there are any visual signs of contamination," according to the bulletin. Transmission failures due to coolant contamination are easy to avoid if the leak is discovered early enough. The bulletin includes complete instructions for diagnosing drivability concerns that might be caused by coolant contamination, as well as instructions for using the Test Kit (30783360) that detects coolant in transmission fluid. One kit will contain enough materials for 25 tests. This bulletin supersedes an earlier version released in April 2007.
