The goal of this repair shop is to have the best qualified independent repair business in Southeast North Carolina. Pat’s Tire and Auto has one Master Certified ASE tech, who is also the shop’s undercar specialist, and other techs at the company are ASE certified in different areas.

The company is enrolled in the CARQUEST Technical Institute and East Training and holds five classes a year.

Pat’s also places a keen eye on the health of its employees, with a complete training center and the opportunity for everyone on staff to schedule time with a personal trainer.

Participating in the community is an important aspect of the company’s goals as well. For example, Pat’s has supported the “Festival of Trees” for hospice since 2001, a deed that’s funded, in part, by an annual golf tournament.
