That business soon outgrew itself, and Elizabeth AutoCare soon exploded into a six-bay shop with a new marketing and operations strategy. Three techs works at the new location, in business for three years, alongside two service advisors. The business preaches preventive maintenance through programs like Service Intelligence, the monthly newsletter Braking News and programs like BG Protection Plan. It also uses fluid displays and digital pictures to illustrate before and after images for customers. And being in a small town, Striegel’s business once offered free repair service and fuel to the local police department to keep it in tact. It also donated a loaner car to the community fire department for sue in a raffle to purchase a new fire truck. The business makes sure to thank customers with thank-you cards and other convenience items like free loaner cars and shuttle services.
