Hankook Tire America Corp. has extended the $50 mail-in rebate on the retail purchase of the popular Ventus V12 evo high performance tire. The Tame the Road mail-in rebate program for consumers who purchase four Ventus V12 evo tires in any size has now been extended through Nov. 30, 2009.

"The response from consumers and dealers alike to this promotion has been overwhelming," says Bill Bainbridge, director of brand communications, Hankook Tire America Corp. "Demand for the Ventus V12 evo has been unprecedented. The rebate program coincidentally coincided with the Car and Driver summer tire test results, which has really raised awareness of the brand."

The $50 Tame the Road rebate is being promoted by Hankook in consumer magazines and online on Google and Yahoo search engines that link to details on the Hankook Web site and the Hankook dealer locator.
