Cary Car Care is home of “The No Commission Technician,” which is relayed to the shop’s customers on a regular basis. The facility features reward programs, free oil changes to new homebuyers and e-mail specialty.

Being involved in the community is important to Cary Car Care, as Paul Lambdin is involved in the local chamber of commerce, middle and high school job shadow programs, youth sports, youth music programs, women’s clubs, Paws for a Cause, the Wake Tech Community College and Boy and Girl Scouts.

The shop is a Blue Seal shop, and offers paid health insurance for employees and families as well as paid vacations and birthdays off. The staff votes on closing for holidays, to keep the employees involved in its operations. Meetings and training start with food and small talk to get everyone comfortable, and rewards abound.
