Customer service is the most important component or cornerstone of C & H.

The shop, which has been in business for 32 years and has eight service bays, continually builds relationships with its customers, sending annual Thanksgiving cards and several newsletters featuring customers. The company also has free anytime car washes, free bulb replacement, free flat tire repair, free shuttle service, a two-year repair warranty and free loaner vehicles.

All technicians at C&H are either ASE certified or Bosch level one certified. The company boasts several certifications from a large venue of training classes. Through the Automotive Service Association (ASA) Washington, Bosch training, ASA CARS attendance, Snap-On tools and several trainers, C&H teaches not only its own employees but other are shops as well.
